STS-Yibal Rejuvenation Project has achieved HSE milestone of 15 Million LTI Free man-hours and 1501 LTI Free days as on 05th July 2021 on its PDO Contract No-C3100000013.

This achievement is possible with the commitment to safety and hard work by the entire team for more than 4 years. The team had efficiently managed the project delivery by keeping “GOAL ZERO” target and outstandingly sustained the safety standards while working on challenging environments like brown field scope scattered to on plot/off plots, and unknown UG services etc. (Yibal Production Station-A, B, C, D, Al Huwasiah Production Station, Al Huwasiah southwest station and other facilities like MSVs, YKP -8” GRE etc.).

This remarkable milestone, was marked with a celebratory event held at the project’s locations in YRP Camp till February 2020, as on below dates respectively. Due to current pandemic situation,10 M & 15 M celebrations were not conducted. However small get-together with PDO Operations was done in by maintaining social distances.

• 2 Million Celebrations dtd-27h August 2018.
• 5 Million Celebrations dtd-28h March 2019.
• 10 Million Achieved - dtd-29th Feb 2020.
• 15 Million Achieved - dtd-05th July 2021.

It was attended by STS Management team through online platforms (For 10 M & 15M), PDO Senior management team with limited staff as precautionary measures of covid.

PDO Senior management team termed this achievement as “Despite the complication induced by the pandemic, a best-in-class achievement by ensuring safety of the Workforce and PDO Assets”.

STS Management congratulated the entire YRP team for their contribution to the “GOAL ZERO” objective and encourage them to continue in this line until the end of the project.
