With commendable teamwork and commitment; STS successfully completed the Orpic Sohar Refinery Turnaround 2016 without an LTI. This was a challenging turnaround due to bad weather conditions, oil spillage and the presence of multiple contractors which required complex co-ordination & interface management.

Two HSE campaigns were rolled out during the course of the turnaround ensuring a safe working environment and helped achieve a completely injury-free turnaround. The STS TA team guided by the 4C's; Compliance, Change, Commitment & Challenge delivered the plant in a safe and timely manner while ensuring utmost quality in the work. This achievement was made possible through the continuous cooperation, and support of all involved, including ORPIC management.
