This prestigious contract is the highest value single contract undertaken by STS to date and has been awarded via the EMC (Engineering Maintenance Contract) for PDO in the North of Oman.  The EMC is a joint venture with Mott McDonald Engineering.  The project includes EPC of an Oil & Gas separation and gathering facility including 3 compressors, 2 bulk separators, 3 test separators and a significant amount (+100,000 dia/inch) of onplot DSS (Duplex Stainless Steel) piping.

Hanover Middle East has awarded the partial fabrication and construction of Compression facilities for Daleel Petroleum in the North of Oman.  This “Fast Track” project involves extensive use of streamlined construction techniques such as precast concrete and skid-mounted equipment and is the first contract undertaken by STS on behalf of Hanover Middle East.

STS’s civil division was recently awarded the EPC of 19 Pension Fund Properties in the Capital area of Muscat.  This is the largest and most prestigious civil contract awarded to STS to date. The design partner is the local consultant Al-Hatmy for the project which will require a construction workforce of in excess of 300 personnel, primarily operating in the 2008 period.
